Q5™ Upsampling represents Anagram's 5th generation upsampling / SRC solution, the Q5 algorithm is a true breakthrough. Not only does it provide flawless sound reproduction it is also highly scalable to meet the most demanding applications. Comprising of a novel digital filtering kernel with our virtual time model and a structured audio interpolation stage it is specifically tailored for high-end audio applications.

Unlike conventional audio design, our DSS™ Synchronisation technology re-clocks the complete system (including incoming audio stream) around a single high quality crystal clock, which results in outstanding jitter rejection and delivers amazing digital to analog conversion performance. Not only does this elegant re-clocking solution provide superior audio processing it also reduces system complexity and lowers overall costs.

Anagram Technologies’ proprietary DSF™ Filtering technology performs stereo or 5.1 channel DSD to PCM conversion up to 8xFS. This novel high quality filtering kernel can be easily integrated into existing designs to provide DSD support and allows PCM post-processing stages such as bass management or virtual surround processing to be used on a DSD data stream. This technology has been specifically developed for low MIPS usage.
